MVHOA5 Pool Rules and Regulations

Please remember that Pool Privileges are only for homeowners who have paid their Dues.
Homeowners who have not paid Dues will be denied access to the pool during the Summer Monitor Season starting Memorial Day weekend and ending after Labor Day.
Your MVHOA5 Pool and Park are great facilities for hosting birthday parties, graduation swim parties, etc.

Vandalism at the Pool:
1. Damaged Bench from boys doing acrobatics off of it with their bicycles.
2. Defaced Mirror in the Men’s restroom.
3. Fire and Burn marks on the newly resurfaced cement.
4. Paper Towels, balloon remnants and Garbage in the urinal and on the floor.
5. Garbage and balloon remnants on the deck from an unauthorized party.
6. Vandalized Life Ring Replacement is $85.00.
COST TO THE MEMBERS TO CLEAN UP ITEMS 3, 4, 5 was $75.00.
